Return & Refund Policy

Your happiness is important to us. At House of Ayurveda, we work relentlessly to give you a delightful product experience, with utmost transparency.

However, we understand that skincare is a personal choice, and you may want to return the product you have purchased, for this reason, we will gladly issue a refund/ replacement only under the following circumstances:

• The return/ replacement request is generated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Once opened, our products cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. For safety purposes, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. Please ensure the product is in the original condition, unopened & sealed when placing the request, without which the request will not be accepted.

• Please note that return or refund on sale items are not accepted.

• Shipping charges will be deducted on refunds/ returns.

Please note that House of Ayurveda is not responsible for any damages caused after the product delivery.

All damages & claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Once your return/ refund request has been accepted, please allow one to four weeks from the day you return your package to complete the process. We will notify you once the process is completed.

Cancellation Policy:

For Cancellations please contact us at care@houseofayurveda.co.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders once processed cannot be canceled or refunded.
